Falcon Chambers was established in its present London location and under its present name in 1990. However, we enjoy a long history, having been based for many decades at 11 Kings Bench Walk in the Temple. Former members of Chambers are judges, including Lord Neuberger and Mr Justice Lewison. Members of Chambers are also Deputy High Court Judges, Recorders and members of the Bar Council and the Bar Standards Board. All of us are members of the Chancery Bar Association, the London Common Law and Commercial Bar Association and the Property Bar Association.

We work in all fields which involve or relate to land. All kinds of property are dealt with: commercial, residential, agricultural, leisure, marine, retail and other more specialised areas. While we advise in all these areas, advocacy in all courts and tribunals and in arbitrations and mediations is also a vital part of our work. Our clients range from government and local authorities, property companies and public trusts to private individuals.

We are generally regarded as the leading English set for property litigation, commercial property and landlord and tenant law. There are few leading cases within our expertise in which at least one of the parties is not represented by a member of Chambers.
